WarehouseOps Mobile App for UltimatePOS turns an Android phone or rugged scanner into a secure warehouse execution terminal. Employees can receive, put away, move, pick, pack, count and inspect inventory exactly where the work happens, while managers retain the permissions, audit trail and data control of UltimatePOS.

Built for real warehouse workflows

The app covers inbound receiving, dock appointments, putaway and movement tasks, bin-level inventory, allocation and picking, packing and dispatch, wave execution, cycle counts, LPN handling, quality inspections, exception resolution and traceability. It uses live searchable choices for branches, bins, products, variations, employees and reservations so operators do not need to type internal IDs.

Three scanners, three precise jobs

Product mode finds the item and its available stock locations. Bin mode identifies the physical warehouse bin, zone and status. GS1 mode decodes structured GTIN, lot, serial, expiry and quantity data. Each mode has its own visual state, instructions, manual fallback and result layout.

Permissions and security from the server

Employees sign in inside the mobile app. WarehouseOps permissions are checked by the server on every protected operation, and the navigation hides areas the employee cannot use. Access tokens are stored in the operating system secure vault. Passwords are sent only to the customer’s HTTPS server for verification and are never stored on the device.

Resilient mobile execution

Safe operations can be queued when connectivity drops and synchronized later. Every queued command carries a unique idempotency key, reducing the risk of duplicate execution after retries. The dashboard clearly shows pending synchronization work.

A commercial Flutter source package

You receive the organized Flutter source, a demo APK, production and demo configuration examples, Android build and signing instructions, integration checklists, troubleshooting guidance and localized buyer documentation. The application includes English and Arabic interfaces with complete right-to-left layout support, onboarding, branded splash screens and adaptive icons.
